Return Policy - Knottyrope
1. We offer size exchanges only for the same product, style, and colour that you have purchased. In case your required size is not available, a credit note for the amount spent will be issued to you.
2. Free size garments will not be eligible for an exchange/return.
3. If you would like a different size in the same style of clothing that you have already purchased, you will need to go through the following steps:
- Contact us to schedule a reverse pick-up within 24 hrs of delivery of the product and we will initiate your exchange request for you.
- Please ensure that the product is unused, unworn, and the original tags are intact.
- Once the unused product is received at our end, we will dispatch the required size depending upon its availability.
- In case the required size is not in stock, we will issue you a credit note (after deducting the applicable shipping charges).
- You can then use the credit note for your future purchase with us.
4. International shipments are not eligible for returns or exchange.
Decor & Furnishings
Majority of our pieces are large sized/heavy solid wood (sometimes single-piece) items going up to even 25kg in weight. This limits our options to offer returns. We, therefore, only accepts returns/exchanges on the following terms -
- A wrong piece has been dispatched and in the event that a piece does not match the piece selected during order confirmation.
- If you identify a manufacturing defect on the received piece.
- If the piece is received in a damaged condition.

In the case of breakage and any transit damage, please send a picture of the item via Whatsapp to the number mentioned below and it will be taken care of immediately.
Please Note: We will be requiring the original packaging with any foam and cushioning inside for its safe return journey of the item even if it is broken for our reference purpose.
We completely understand our customer’s dilemma during the purchase of items. In case you wish to cancel an order due to any reason write to us at email@example.com or reach us on the following number within 24 hours of ordering or prior to our dispatch communication and we will be happy to assist you - 9810438821.
- Our exchange policy is applicable within 24 hours from receipt of the piece and applicable only for the following reasons: Damaged piece, manufacturing defect & incorrect piece. The time frame starts from the date the piece was delivered as per the confirmation received from our logistics team or courier partners. You can reach us at firstname.lastname@example.org or at 9810438821 (10AM - 6PM) to initiate an exchange.
- Please send us 2 images (one of the damaged part and one of the entire piece) of the piece for us to ascertain the reason for return. You can send us the images on email@example.com from where our Quality Assurance team will check the details in reference to its eligibility of return.
- We will then get back to you with your Return Request Status within 2-3 days of receiving your request mail with pictures. Once your return request has been accepted, we will arrange a reverse pick up for the piece in question. It usually takes about 2-3 working days for organising a pickup and 7-10 days for delivery at our warehouse. Once the merchandise is back at our warehouse, our quality assurance team will check the merchandise and the exchange process will get initiated within 2-3 days of receiving it.
Please Ensure - The piece must be returned with the original packaging, including the tags, barcodes, accessories, manuals, shipping label (pasted on the packet), invoice etc. The piece should be unused and in the original condition.
In case of refunds, it will be processed within 2-3 days of receiving the merchandise back at our warehouse. Please allow 2-3 days for the amount to reflect in your statements.
